Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all memberships, programs, classes, merchandise, and services provided by Tohok Ki United Martial Arts Academy ("Tohok Ki," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 1250 E Apache Blvd, Arizona, United States of America.

By purchasing a membership, class package, or service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

  • All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable Arizona or federal law.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only as expressly stated in this policy.

2. Monthly Membership Refunds

  • Refunds are limited to the current month in which the refund request is made.

  • Only the unused portion of the current paid month may be eligible for a refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for any prior months, including months that were fully used, partially used, missed, or unused for any reason.

  • Membership fees paid for previous billing cycles are strictly non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing (email or in person).

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Past membership months

  • Registration or enrollment fees

  • Drop-in fees

  • Class packages already started

  • Promotional or discounted memberships

  • Private training sessions already rendered

  • Merchandise or equipment purchases (unless defective as required by law)

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

  • Cancellation of a membership stops future billing but does not entitle the member to a refund for prior months.

  • Approved refunds, if any, apply only to the current billing month and do not constitute a cancellation unless separately requested.

5. Injuries, Illness, or Non-Attendance

  • No refunds will be issued due to injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, relocation, dissatisfaction, or non-attendance.

  • Members may inquire about alternative options such as program modification or future account credit, at our sole discretion.

6. Processing of Approved Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

  • Any processing or administrative fees charged by third-party processors may be deducted where permitted by law.

7. Legal Compliance

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Arizona or United States law. Where a refund is required by law, we will comply accordingly.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted in the facility and/or on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
